Muppet Charity Zine Illustration

In the summer of 2020, I agreed to take part in a Muppet-themed fan zine, the sales of which would be donated to The Dystonia Medical Research Foundation*. I agreed to take on The Muppets’ Bohemian Rhapsody cover, famously uploaded to YouTube in 2009. To date, it might be the biggest unofficial Muppet illustration I’ve been commissioned to take on (rivaled only by a personal commission from a collector who paid me to draw the Muppet Show audience in 2019).

*The preceding December, Muppet performer Caroll Spinney (Big Bird, Oscar the Grouch) had died after a relatively short battle with the disease.
